Mystic Twirl Pop Pods

Our e-liquids come in two nicotine types: freebase (regular) and salt nic, and the difference matters more than the mg number alone. Freebase delivers a harsher throat hit at a given strength; salt nic is processed differently and hits smoother, which is why it can carry higher concentrations comfortably. A 3mg freebase can actually feel stronger than a 10mg salt nic, despite the lower number.

For freebase: 0mg is no nicotine, 3mg is the sweet spot for most vapers, 6mg still leans heavy, and 12mg is genuinely strong, not a typical starting point. For salt nic: 10mg feels light, 20mg is noticeably stronger. Heavier smokers or anyone transitioning from tobacco usually start around 20mg salt nic or 6–12mg freebase, then step down over time. Salt nic is built for low-wattage devices, not sub-ohm setups.

Keep in mind the jump from 0mg to 6mg is roughly as big a step as 6mg to 12mg. Strength doesn't scale evenly. If you're between strengths, diluting a higher-mg e-liquid with a 0mg of the exact same flavour (never mix brands) is a common way to land in between.

Every order ships free once you hit your province's threshold, starting as low as $60 in Ontario and Quebec, with other provinces and territories set a bit higher. That's not us playing favourites: we're based in Ontario, so shipping cost mostly comes down to distance from our warehouse. Select your province in the cart or at checkout to see your real threshold and track your progress toward free shipping. Full breakdown by province is on our Shipping Policy page.

We ship with Canada Post and Purolator. If you're paying for shipping, you can choose whichever carrier and speed works best for you. If your order qualifies for free shipping, we select the most cost-effective option, almost always Canada Post Regular or Expedited, and if the price difference is small, we'll bump you up to Expedited at no extra cost.

Every order ships in a plain, standard cardboard box with no logos, product names, or marketing on the outside that would hint at what's inside. The one exception is the shipping label itself, which shows "Vape360" as the sender, since that's required for shipping and returns. Nothing else about the package gives away what's inside.

Age verification on delivery isn't optional. It's a legal requirement every carrier we use has to follow. When your package leaves our facility, the carrier is legally required to confirm you're 19+ before handing it over: a government-issued photo ID with a matching name and a birth year that meets the legal age, plus your signature. If verification fails, the package is returned to us unclaimed, no exceptions. Full details are on our Shipping Policy page.

You can return or exchange any unopened, unused, manufacturer-sealed item within 30 days of purchase with proof of purchase. Full details, including what can't be returned, are on our Refund & Returns Policy page.

Yes, our tobacco license and retail permits have been active and in good standing since 2015, never suspended or revoked. We're regularly inspected by local municipal enforcement to confirm we're operating within provincial and municipal law, and we're proud members of the Canadian Vaping Association. 100% licensed, 100% above board. Learn more on our About Us page, or come see our Oakville store in person.

Many payment providers have blacklisted vaping businesses outright, which is why you won't see digital wallets like Apple Pay or Google Pay at checkout. That's an industry-wide restriction, not a choice we made. We currently accept Visa, Mastercard, and Interac e-Transfer (EMT). All credit card transactions use secure, tokenized payment processing, and your card number is never stored on our servers. Paying by e-Transfer? Send it within 24 hours of placing your order to avoid cancellation.
