🔞 Age Verification & Underage Purchases
All Vape360 shipments require Canada Post 19+ Age Verification upon delivery. You’ll need to present valid photo ID showing you’re of legal age to purchase vaping products in your province or territory.
If age verification fails, your order will be returned to Vape360, and a 50% restocking fee will apply.
Shipping charges (both outgoing and return) are non-refundable.
As required by Canadian law, customers under 19 are not permitted to purchase vaping products. Orders placed by underage individuals will not be refunded, and all related costs will remain the buyer’s responsibility.
💸 Refunds & Restocking Fees
All unclaimed packages, returns, or exchanges are subject to a 15% restocking fee.
Shipping costs (including return shipping) are non-refundable.
Returns are accepted only on manufacturer-sealed items. Opened, used, or incomplete products will not be credited.
If items are returned in a different condition than when shipped, they will be returned to you at your expense.

- Items showing signs of use, misuse, or damage — including partial components
- Drip tips, replacement coils, replacement pods, and all sale items — these are final sale
All defective returned items are carefully inspected upon arrival. If there are visible signs of use, damage, or user error, no credit or refund will be issued.
