Returns & Exchanges
For the safety of our customers and to maintain product integrity, we’re unable to accept returns or exchanges on any opened items, including:
- Clearomizers, Cartomizers, and Atomizers (including tanks)
- Any products containing vape juice, such as pods and disposable vapes
- Items showing signs of use, misuse, or damage — including partial components
- Drip tips, replacement coils, replacement pods, and all sale items — these are final sale
Defective Returns
All defective returned items are carefully inspected upon arrival. If there are visible signs of use, damage, or user error, no credit or refund will be issued. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
