June 2, 2020: Canada Post Delays

Due to Canada Post facing major delays in delivery times, we've added the option to select FedEx as your carrier during checkout. If your package is time sensitive, we recommend selecting FedEx to ensure your package isn't met with major delays. In the coming days we will be working on lowering the FedEx rates and introducing other carriers to ensure your packages arrive in a timely manner.

We're aware of the major delays Canada Post is experiencing and are doing our best to work with them to get your packages delivered as soon as possible. Once packages leave our facility they're in the control of Canada Post and their fulfillment process.

Please note: Shipping rates from all carriers are not determined by Vape360 - package carriers are feeding "Live Rates" directly into our website based on shipping addresses provided by you.

May 24, 2020: Our Stores Are Open!

As of May 19, 2020 the Province of Ontario is allowing in-store operations to continue! This means that our doors are open for drop-in shopping. We’re still taking precautions to avoid the spread of Covid-19, while ensuring the transaction process goes safely, smoothly, and as quickly as possible. 

During this time we will NOT be accepting cash payments. Please ensure you're bringing a tap or card based payment method when visiting us in-store.

May 11, 2020: Curb Side Pick-Up Now Available!

As of Monday May 11, 2020 the Province of Ontario is allowing curb side pick-up on orders to continue. This means that we will be reactivating our “Pick Up In-Store” shipping option for local customers. We’ve made some changes to ensure the process goes as safely, smoothly, and quickly as possible. Covid-19 is still a threat, so we’re still taking precautions to help stop the spread.

No cash payments will be accepted. Please ensure you’re using a card or digital based payment system.

Please note: All online orders will continue without interruption on Vape360's end. Canada Post is still receiving packages that exceed Christmas like conditions. Most packages are arriving without interruption, however, some packages may be delayed. Guaranteed delivery dates are not being honoured at this time.

April 4, 2020: Online Orders Still Being Accepted!

*Please Note* Canada Post is extremely busy with Christmas like packages. Most packages are arriving in a timely manner but some may be delayed. There will be no guarantees on shipment times. 

Curbing the spread of COVID-19 has become a priority for us all, including the Ontario government. As of April 4, 2020 at 4:00PM, all pick up in-store options through Vape360 will be suspended. ONLINE ORDERS WILL STILL BE PROCESSED DAILY!

All Vape360 locations will be closed for a minimum of two weeks to ensure the safety of our community and team members.

ALL ORDERS THAT ARE SHIPPED WILL NOT BE AFFECTED! We’re continuing our online shipments with no delays in our fulfilment process. As usual, orders placed before 3:00PM Monday through Friday will be sent out that same day.

March 24, 2020: In-Store Closed; Curb-Side Available

Dear Vape360 Customers,

Vape360 is doing our part in combating the spread of COVID-19 and we want to ensure you that we're putting our best foot forward to create a safe environment, not only for you, but our dedicated staff too. All of our stores are being thoroughly cleaned regularly and are equipped with sanitization equipment, however this may not be enough.

Changes effective as of Tuesday March 24th, 2020:


  • All Vape360 locations will be closed
  • Entrance to the store will not be permitted to any one
  • Online shopping will continue as usual
  • Orders placed for shipping will still be accepted and shipped on our regular timeline
  • Orders placed online with the option to “PICK UP IN-STORE” will be accepted
  • Orders can be picked up between the hours of 12:00PM - 4:00PM
  • To claim your orders, please call the store you’ve selected BEFORE arriving. One of our staff members will leave your items outside the entrance for you to claim.
  • Cash payments will NOT be accepted. You must place your order online using Credit, Debit, or EMT. Payment will not be done upon your arrival to pick up your orders - NO EXCEPTIONS
  • When picking up your order, please have your photo ID ready


Orders placed to “PICK UP IN-STORE HAMILTON” please wait for us to call to confirm your order, as our website is reflective of Oakville’s location. In rare cases, there may be a 24 hour waiting period to have your order transferred over to Hamilton.

    You can shop online at and have your orders shipped normally, or select “Pick Up In-Store” when selecting your shipping method.  **When picking up in-store, please call before arriving to allow staff members to prepare your order.**
