COVID-19 Policy Changes & Precautions

April 4, 2020:

Curbing the spread of COVID-19 has become a priority for us all, including the Ontario government. As of April 4, 2020 at 4:00PM, all pick up in-store options through Vape360 will be suspended.

All Vape360 locations will be closed for a minimum of two weeks to ensure the safety of our community and team members.

ALL ORDERS THAT ARE SHIPPED WILL NOT BE AFFECTED! We’re continuing our online shipments with no delays in our fulfilment process. As usual, orders placed before 3:00PM Monday through Friday will be sent out that same day.

We thank you all for working with us through these difficult times and will be working around the clock to ensure your packages arrive at the earliest possible times.

Dear Vape360 Customers,

Vape360 is doing our part in combating the spread of COVID-19 and we want to ensure you that we're putting our best foot forward to create a safe environment, not only for you, but our dedicated staff too. All of our stores are being thoroughly cleaned regularly and are equipped with sanitization equipment, however this may not be enough.

Changes effective as of Tuesday March 24th, 2020:


  • All Vape360 locations will be closed
  • Entrance to the store will not be permitted to any one
  • Online shopping will continue as usual
  • Orders placed for shipping will still be accepted and shipped on our regular timeline
  • Orders placed online with the option to “PICK UP IN-STORE” will be accepted
  • Orders can be picked up between the hours of 12:00PM - 4:00PM
  • To claim your orders, please call the store you’ve selected BEFORE arriving. One of our staff members will leave your items outside the entrance for you to claim.
  • Cash payments will NOT be accepted. You must place your order online using Credit, Debit, or EMT. Payment will not be done upon your arrival to pick up your orders - NO EXCEPTIONS
  • When picking up your order, please have your photo ID ready


Orders placed to “PICK UP IN-STORE HAMILTON” please wait for us to call to confirm your order, as our website is reflective of Oakville’s location. In rare cases, there may be a 24 hour waiting period to have your order transferred over to Hamilton.

    You can shop online at and have your orders shipped normally, or select “Pick Up In-Store” when selecting your shipping method.  **When picking up in-store, please call before arriving to allow staff members to prepare your order.**
